Virtual Business Meeting

Worthy Brothers,
We have gotten some good information out of Supreme about holding meetings, voting and elections. Supreme has eliminated all hindrances from us for conducting our council business via internet conferencing. Therefore I will be hosting an online business meeting this Thursday using the Zoom program. The Business meeting will start at 7:30 p.m. so plan to connect at about 7:25. Please watch for a invite to be sent out Wednesday night. Also please follow the link below to the System Requirements if you have not used the program before and verify that your computer is ready for the meeting. Please check your browser version, this can pose significant issues.

I will also host a sample meeting on Wed. night at 7 for anyone who is not familiar with the program and wish to give it a test run before hand. You will not be required to stay on the whole time, just as long as you need to try it. This is only for persons who wish to learn, if you know the program please do not connect unless you’ve done some upgrades. This invite will come out later this evening.
