Under normal conditions we would not normally have a meeting on Holy Thursday! We would be celebrating the Mass of the Lord’s Supper. Then escort his body, under the canopy, to the Chapel where we would stand guard until his repose at midnight.
This, however, is anything but normal conditions. Mass will be at 7 and be live steamed both on the Parish Facebook page and the Parish web site under the Divine Worship tab, which I urge you to take part in.
I have been working for a friend who is feeling the onset of depression due to the fact of being isolated and not able to get out and socialize as he normally would. There for I am going to go ahead and continue with the plan for this fraternal meeting, but I have moved the start time off to 8 p.m. I feel this is the perfect opportunity for us to gather and talk.
