Taxis/Uber/Shared Riding
Drop Off Location – Volunteer Boulevard East in front of the Claxton Education Building.
Pick up Location – Circle Drive on The Hill. Vehicles will enter from Cumberland Ave and proceed up the Hill for fans who need to depart. Police will open the ride-share area during the 4th quarter and is limited in the number of vehicles.

Good News! Aramark has put in new POS/Credit Card terminals that will now record and add up each customer order. We will no longer need to provide our own ordering app!

Enter required volunteer information
To work at Newyland Stadium, UT requires some basic information for any person that may be working at games. If you think you may want to work some of the football games, please enter the information for you and anyone in your family that may help. If you are not on their list, you will not be allowed in as a volunteer.
Signup-Genius
Please sign up for games that you would like to volunteer at. Most volunteer should be there between 3-4 hours before kickoff time. The starting time on the list is 3 hours before game time when everyone should be there in the concession stand.
We will also need several openers between 4-5 hours before kickoff that will do initial startup, walkthrough, inventory…
If you have taken alcohol training then please enter Beer in the signup comment field. This is so we know who all may be available to work in the beer booth.
We need everyone that signs up to show up and be the expected time unless otherwise arranged ahead of time. If there is a problem to work a game after signing up, then return back here and delete your name for that game. If questions or if less than 3 days before the game then please send an email to team leader or call/text the team leaders to let them know.
